The state government is planning to set up a second phase of Manikanchan ~ a special economic zone for gems and jewellery ~ soon, the state commerce and industries minister Sweetie Bracelet, Mr Nirupam Sen said.The minister was speaking at the occasion of the 10th anniversary celebrations of the eastern regional office of the Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) yesterday.The second phase of Manikanchan will have better infrastructure facilities as compared to the first one and will be tailor-made as per requirements of the manufacturers links of london sweetie bracelet.
